SHEET-FED AND DIGITAL PRINTING

Our press room is equipped with a  fleet of Heidelberg printing presses that set the standard for quality and innovation.  Along with award-winning quality, the printing department has been designed for project flexibility, economy and efficiency.  We have a 40” 6-color press with in-line coating for larger size projects like posters and multiple-page booklets.  We also have a 29”, 6-color press with in-line coating.

In addition to our sheet-fed presses, we also offer the latest innovations in  printing with our digital presses.  Our Xerox 1000 and our iGen 150 presses are capable of utilizing advanced variable data software like XMPie, which enables us to print customized images with variable text and images that can be personalized for targeted recipients.  Beyond just postcards and flyers, the cutting-edge iGen 150 has a wide printable sheet size (14.33” x 26”) and can print on a variety of different stocks from 130# cover weight to 16# bond stock, giving you more options for your digital printing projects.

G2’s packaging team combines keen imagination with expert packaging engineering.  With a 52” x 120” CAD table, we can design custom packaging, POP displays or counter cards for any product or service.
